Warranty Information

Century Homes is happy that you have chosen us to build your new home; our staff will be working hard to ensure that your home is the best we can build.  A series of quality control checks will be conducted so your home is built to last.  Although quality materials and craftsmanship will be used in your home, this does not mean that it will require no care or maintenance. A home requires care and attention from day one. General homeowner maintenance is essential to providing a quality home for a lifetime. 

Your one-year warranty with Century Homes begins on the date of your closing, and as part of our commitment to you, Century Homes has also purchased a ten-year structural warranty through Centricity.




Warranty Service Requests:

To file a warranty request, please click our Service Request tab and fill in the required fields, please note that filling the fields in completely will allow us to service you more quickly.  Alternately you may contact our main office at 407-894-1770 ext. 316.

When we receive your Warranty Service Request, your Construction Manager may need to visit your home to confirm that the item is warrantable.  Items described as Homeowner Maintenance or Cosmetic will not be covered under your warranty, your warranty covers Trade Contractor Items.  Once we receive and/or verify your Warranty Service Request, Century Homes will submit the information to the appropriate contractor(s) who will then contact you within 48 hours to schedule a service appointment.
